Ernest Baello has been practicing family law since 2009. Mr. Baello handles all aspects of family law litigation, including complex child custody matters and sophisticated financial and support issues. He is accomplished in negotiating amicable settlement as well as taking cases to trial if settlement is not possible. Outside of his litigation practice, Mr. Baello counsels clients who are participating in mediation.
Mr. Baello is admitted to practice law in three states – California, New York, and Illinois. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Mr. Baello practiced family law in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area handling contested divorce, custody, and support matters.
Mr. Baello graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in economics and a minor in Computer Science. Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Baello worked as a software developer for the National Center for Supercomputing Applications.
