Professional Experience

Mr. Fong represents clients in all areas of family law, adept at handling matters of financial complexity that often involve family businesses and asset valuations. He is a seasoned advocate in child custody, child support, and spousal support issues. Mindful of the emotional challenges that often exist in family law litigation, his preference is to resolve matters by way of settlement when possible and has negotiated countless property, financial support, and parenting agreements. Mr. Fong is an experienced litigator, representing individuals during all phases of litigation, both before and during trial. Mr. Fong has practiced exclusively in the field of family law since 2007.

Mr. Fong is a Certified Specialist in Family Law, designated by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
